Download won’t start
Try opening the site in Chrome or your Android browser rather than an embedded app browser. Ensure there is enough storage and a working internet connection.
APK won’t open
Verify the file download finished and has the .apk extension. Confirm it was downloaded from your official domain and matches the checksum listed on the Downloads page.
Android warns about the file
Do not ignore a malware or protection warning. Stop the installation until the file can be verified or the publisher provides an updated, trusted release.
Already installed an older version?
Android may reject updates signed with a different key, or versions with a lower version number. Avoid deleting an installed app without considering local data and backup requirements.
